Rules Changes
Oregon Emergency Medical Services Group pic
The Department of Human Services, Public Health Division has filed temporarily amendments to Oregon Administrative Rules in chapter 333, division 255 related to ambulance vehicle licensing, and division 265 related to Emergency Medical Technicians and First Responders, effective July 16, 2010 through January 11, 2011. Temporary amendments are needed to correct errors that were unintentionally made in the permanent rulemaking recently filed and effective on July 1, 2010, so that certificate holders can proceed with reinstatement of expired certification as is intended by rule, and so that clarification can be made to create consistency between administrative rule and statute.
